Campaign Arbiter

Campaign Arbiters can usually be found near a zone's fortification or in a nation's capital. They are responsible for issuing Allied Tags for participation in Campaign Battles, selling Campaign specific temporary items, Teleporting, and giving basic information on Campaign Battles. Allied Tags and Temporary Items are only able to be issued/sold during a Campaign Battle.

Campaign Arbiters provide the following services:

• Teleportation
• General information on Campaign Battles.

Additionally, while a Campaign battle is underway in a zone, its Campaign Arbiter will provide:

• Issuing of Allied Tags
• Registration to a Union when in possession of Allied Tags.
• Provide battle assessment (Experience Points and Allied Notes prior to the ending of the current Campaign Battle).
• If the zone is under the control of the Allied Forces, a Campaign Arbiter will provide Temporary Items.
  • Note: If the zone has 0 resources, Campaign Temporary Items will be unavailable.
