Oh, I didn't notice it was cascaded, all I saw was the edit button still there.
Sorry about forgetting the colons preceding the images! After the move is completely finalized, we need to do some mass moving!

Meat and Eggs, Ammo and Misc., M and P's Market (Kazham)... just to name a few. Other characters hindered by Software limitations still don't work, but on the MediaWiki version Wikia runs, & seems to work perfectly. --User:Charitwo/Sig 20:24, 6 September 2007 (CDT)
Hey, check out the links on User:Charitwo/Sandbox2 and then look at the code afterwards. Pretty nifty. --User:Charitwo/Sig 00:17, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Karuberu
He is being difficult yet again, he is editing pages in a manner that does not conform with the Item Template, he refuses to acknowledge that he is doing so just because he wasn't supported in a discussion to make pointless changes. See Talk:Item Template for more info. --User:Charitwo/Sig 19:16, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
I understand that, but there was a discussion started and input was given, feel free to join in on it, btw. Which is why I linked you to it, so the discussion could continue there. :P --User:Charitwo/Sig 20:48, 9 September 2007 (CDT)

Is there something I'm missing or will this not work in a template? --User:Charitwo/Sig 22:59, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
Minor fix
On 2007 - (09/10/2007) And then there was Pankration..., the link for Feral Points is missing the "s" on the end making it a red link. Can this be updated? It should keep the "s" since that is how it is always described in game and also other "points" are described such as Tactical Points and Experience Points. Same with the link to Feral Skills, needs the "s" added in the link. --Wayka †Talk† 18:17, 10 September 2007 (CDT)
Feral Skills on Monster Pages
Has any attempt been made yet to put the Feral Skills that you get from mobs on the actual mob pages? I think this would be useful considering how long and untenable that list is. It would be much more user-friendly for people that want to know what a particular monster's effect is to just go to that mob's article. We might want to figure out how to handle it in the template before people start doing it on their own. Then we should probably make it a community collaboration so it's up front what we want done and people don't go randomly editing the articles any way they want. I'm still in the middle of formatting the item articles, so I don't feel like taking another project of this scale on at the moment, but I'd be happy to figure out what to do with the template if you think this is all appropriate. --TECHNO-- Talk / Contrib 22:02, 12 September 2007 (CDT)
- Actually, you know what? This would probably all best be done by someone with an intrest in Pankration and I don't care much about it at all. So, I don't know much more than the basics. lol --TECHNO-- Talk / Contrib 22:16, 12 September 2007 (CDT)

Also don't forget about the donation link in the sitenotice.
Most importantly, when you edit the sitenotice you should mention that some people who can't login need to add FFXI- to the beginning of their names. Save a lot of confusion in case people wondering why they can't login. --User:Charitwo/Sig 19:16, 18 September 2007 (EDT)

Videos
Does not appear so because about 75% of the videos worked for Tarutaru/Emotes but the other 25% do not work, and those are not in tables. Some of the earlier ones i edited were also in a table or not in a table.
Also a little side note when i just got the message you sent me it showed up that i had a message and i got a bunch of japanese characters... Strange--Spops 17:06, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Anyway you can put something on the front page asking people to not delete the video code? I am afraid that some who do not know any better will think that it is a dead video. I am in the process of updating all of the video code to the correct
. I hope wikia is able to correct the problem with them soon. Thanks! --Spops™ t/ c 13:27, 25 September 2007 (UTC) Just wanted to give you a heads up... I have finally finished editing all of the video code under the Category:Videos section. They all now have the correct

Jobqueue
Hi, ffxi is in the regular job queue, which runs once a day for each wiki... but it looks like you may need a separate slot, as you are so large :) So we've run the job manually now, and the queue will be reducing. We can do that again if needed. Next week we will probably move you to your own queue, which will increase the number of times it's run. Let me know if that's not all clear :) -- sannse (talk) 18:01, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

I'm afraid the images uploaded have since been lost due to unforseen circumstances which is why i was hoping the technical staff could restore the uploaded one's lost in transition.-Heretic mkII@ffxi 23:54, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Same with me, all of those images I uploaded Sept. 16th with the category model images. I deleted them from my computer after putting them up so if they cannot be retrieved I will have to go do them all again :( --Wayka †Talk† 23:58, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Break up Feral Skill pages into 1 skill per page?

Elemental Weakness Guide
I was thinking about something along those lines but I am a bit rusty at formatting with the newer spiffy tables. I wanted to have all the Mobs alphabetical but have the elements be separated as well which is why CJ and myself went with the way we did because we didn't think there would be a way to sort the elements rightfully or something with the little tabby boxes and/or maintain alphabettical behavior at the same time. Do you think it could work that way? I plan on finishing that project up tomorrow - don't have the time tonight in the middle of an important discussion. ~ Let me know. --Birgitte t/ c 04:17, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
Test Infobox NPC
Might not work because it's in the Template Namespace... try it with a normal test article (Example NPC). just remember to put the correct template name ;) --◄Chrisjander► t/ c 03:27, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
Name highlights
Could change the admin highlights to just a special color or italics or something? Bold is already used for things on your watchlist. ~ Karuberu 22:25, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
- That's much better, thank you. ~ Karuberu 23:51, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
You're most likely using enhanced recent changes, highlighting will not work in enhanced recent changes. Change to normal to view it, I posted a fix for individual users to turn it off on Karuberu's talk page. --User:Charitwo/Sig 04:10, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Why did you change that? If users can customize it why bother? --User:Charitwo/Sig 04:29, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

Drop Rate
Been killing this dude the past couple days, so I actually had accurate data on him. Intulo if you want to see how it's looking. I set the "acceptable" threshold to 100 like you suggested, though it's still probably a little low. But at the same time, NMs get killed and reported more often than BCNMs in my experience, so a number too high won't be reached quickly at all. We can monitor how it goes.
I think also I should try to tweak it so it stops displaying the raw data after a certain point as well (and maybe even the "acceptable" disclaimer) and just display the rate...
Done. If the value is over 500, it will drop the raw data and just display the percentage with a new message (Template talk:Drop Rate). --◄Chrisjander► t/ c 04:23, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the heads up! I'll stop editing the zone pages now. It's actually quite a relief... I panicked when I realized all the mobs show up in two places, and dreaded having to edit both anyway. Fiorenzo 16:06, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

I know the move to Wikia has some issues with page format now. Starters Guide/Bastok seems to have this problem, and I'm not sure how to fix it. --Zeno 07:25, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
"move" feature
Hi, I'm Japanese wikia staff, have invited a new user, User:Tommy6, to ja.ffxi. But "move" feature is disabled on ja.ffix now and he says that it's inconvenience. Please enable this feature or tell me your plan to organize ja.ffxi. Thanks. --Yukichi / Shun (Talk) 04:28, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Default Skin
I believe AdminSkin falls under the job queue jurisdiction, changes may not appear until the time it next cycles (12 a.m PST). --User:Charitwo/Sig 14:50, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
No, I meant when you reverted yourself. And I've already seen what the custom skin is going to look like, you aren't the only one that talks to Gani outside the wiki. ;) --User:Charitwo/Sig 15:27, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
Just letting you know, I "reverted" the Mediawiki site message, since the new custom skin is installed. So now it reads "A new default skin has been set. You can change your own default skin by logging in and changing your preferences and unchecking "See custom wikis"" without the "in anticipation of" bit, now that we've installed it. --◄Chrisjander► t/ c 21:01, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
