Addle II

The base effect of Addle II is to increase casting time by % and decrease magic accuracy by 50.

This effect is modified by the difference in MND between the caster and the target. Every 5 MND the caster has over the target increases casting time by an additional 1% and decreases magic accuracy by an additional 1, and caps at 100 total MND difference.^[1][2] This puts the maximum effect at % increased casting time and -70 Magic Accuracy.

Addle II will overwrite the effects of Addle and Pining Nocturne.
