Decreases an enemy's magic accuracy
and increases its spellcasting time.

- Overwrites Addle, a spell which increases spellcasting time by 20%. Is overwritten by Addle II.
- Equipment that gives "All Songs +" further increases the spellcasting time by an additional 1.5% and decreases Magic Accuracy by an additional -1.5 per +1.[2]
- Soul Voice doubles the potency of the increased spellcasting time and decreased Magic Accuracy.
