Guide
I meant something that shows which template to use for deleting images and categories. I know whe have one for {{Category-Delete}} in order to make the comments get posted in the correct location. Do we have one for images as well? I don't recall. I also think we need a split template too, which would could have been used for my spoiler move talk. --Pinkfae 11:34, 15 August 2006 (EDT)
Show/Hide Test
<showhide> Some text (usually title) which will not be hidden __HIDER__ <hide>Text which will be hidden</hide> </showhide>
Weird, this is working in the preview, but not when I save the page..
Mediawiki claimed that there are bugs with this coding. --Pinkfae 10:23, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
It worked when I first came to this page but no longer. --Gahoo 10:24, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
It works for me now that I have done a "?action=purge" on this page --Ganiman 10:25, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
This is very buggy an unreliable I think. I'm also using the supposed fixed version for PHP5. It seems to only work half the time.. --Ganiman 10:28, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
Works after purge. Hmmm. This would be a great compromise. sample.
From Mediawiki: "Note that the extension is not thoroughly tested, and there might be bugs." [1] I would strongly suggest not using this coding. --Pinkfae 10:33, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
Understood. --Gahoo 10:36, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
I don't think it's worth changing links to purge pages. That can cause some havok on the back end if a lot of people start doing that all at once. I'll leave the extension installed, and it can be used, as long as it's know that it may not always works. Someone should monitor the extensions page for any updates. We are running the latest mediawiki version, and that might cause some of the bugs with this extension. I don't believe this extension is going to hurt the site, it seems worst case scenario it just doesn't hide what you want. --Ganiman 10:36, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
It might be best to incorporate this into a template. Something like:
{{show_hide_top|Header}}some stuff{{show_hide_bottom}}
Then we could include the spoiler warning template, and it would keep everything uniform. --Ganiman 10:40, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
If it is not broke, don't fix it. I still don't see any reasonable and rational argument to add anything like this. --Pinkfae 10:43, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
Gani - what about this version? --Gahoo 10:43, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
- That's the old "unfixed for php5" version I think. --Ganiman 12:28, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
I've tried doing this without using an extension, but MediaWiki blocks internal CSS and inline JavaScript and you can't do it using inline CSS. I'll try one more thing, but I think a good solution to this isn't too easy. --Enfield 11:42, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
- Success! I've been able to hijack the table of contents, replacing it instead with the spoiler information. Unfortunately, if there are any headings in the article, the hack doesn't work properly. I'll continue working on it assuming there is sufficent interest. --Enfield 13:11, 16 August 2006 (EDT)
I can understand wanting to improve things. We ought to always try to better ourselves. I just don't want to rush right into something until the problem is worked out. The person who stated that the cut scene information is problematic hasn't really justified what the nature of the problem is IMO. Even if system wasn't buggy, would it solve his issue? It would be very easy and tempting for someone to just click on "show." I just have the feeling that the probable hasn't been identified yet. --Pinkfae 11:55, 16 August 2006 (EDT)

Bard guide
Thanks Gahoo, I have no idea how to change that Bard: thing but you probably do! lol So by all means please change it if it helps =D --Tattersail 04:06, 24 August 2006 (EDT)
I hope this won't become a problem
I'm not entirely sure how to react to this, since I made a suggestion to a user and he aparantly lashed back at me. He then posted on my talk page that "You've made a new enemy" and deleted the text on the page that I was trying to help him with. Here's a link Image talk:KogaChainmail.jpg. I rolled back to the version before the blanking. --Chrisjander 08:43, 25 August 2006 (EDT)
