Description & Connections
These notoriously ruthless savages have set up their base of operations in the west of Eastern Ulbuka. According to records of old, they once lived throughout the various islands that constitute the Adoulinian archipelago, but were forced further and further west as the First King's influence grew.

Velkk fighters can be classified into two broad types: bellicose warriors who desire only to massacre their foes in the most bloody way imaginable, and devoted practitioners of the black arts who delight in using their spells to gain the upper hand in battle.

Yet despite all this, they're also adorably idiotic, so it's difficult to harbor much ill will against them.

  • Death Spin:
    AoE damage and Defense Down. Knocks back.
  • Bluemagic physicalGlutinous Dart:
    Single-target damage and Bind.
  • Bluemagic physicalSaurian Slide:
    Conal damage and weapon Encumberance.
  • Velkkan Pygmachi:
    Single-target, four-hit attack. Each hit has a chance to dispel one buff on target.
  • Saurian Swamp:
    AOE earth elemental damage, inflicts bind and slow.
  • Jungle Wallop:
    AOE physical damage, inflicts amnesia, bind and silence. Only used by warrior type NMs.
  • Jungle Hoodoo:
    AOE damage, inflicts curse, paralysis and plague. Only used by mage type NMs.
  • Velkkan Ambush:
    Single target physical damage. Dispels up to 4 buffs. Only used by some NMs.
  • Galumph:
    AOE damage. Inflicts attack down and stun. Only used by some NMs.
  • Coming Through:
    Front AOE damage. Knocks back. Only used by some NMs.
  • Merciless Mauling:
    Front AOE physical damage. Inflicts amnesia. Only used by some NMs.
  • Croctastrophe:
    AOE physical damage. Inflicts amnesia. Only used by some NMs.
  • Battle Trance:
    Summons allies. Only used by some NMs.
  • Sovereign Edict:
    Creates a magic barrier. Triggers allies to use their SP abilities. Bozzetto Regent only.
  • Nobless Oblige:
    Restores HP. Levels up surviving allies. Bozzetto Regent only.
