Trial 1953

Defeat 300 experience yielding Demon-type mobs under Ice Day or Weather condition. Shamshir must be equipped.

• As with nearly every trial on this path, Uleguerand Range is the ideal place to get it done due to near-constant Ice weather. There are Easy Prey Kindred, Ahriman, and Tauri in the area spanning (K-6) to (L-8). Beware of Tyrannotaur's Mortal Ray; it can still kill a level 85 player.
• An alternate camp would be Beaucedine Glacier (S) (G-8) on Glacial Imps or Xarcabard (S) on Ruly Imps near the C.A. Beware of Corpselights that agro low HP in Beaucedine Glacier (S).
• Map 3 of Castle Zvahl Baileys is an alternative camp I found useful. Ice weather is pretty common here, but dark weather can occur as well. Ahrimans and Tier 6 - Tier 8 Demons are still easy prey to a level 95 player, however, be prepared for aggro and links from Ahrimans and Tier 7-8 mobs. You may encounter an occasional Demon NM depending on which camps you visit. Long respawn times can be a problem as well, but are remedied by moving to other camps of the 3rd map and waiting for ice weather to return. Started this trial a few hours ago and completed it in less than 2 hours while ice weather was present (give or take a couple minutes). --LordChocoSlime 02:47, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
