In Norse mythology, Þjazi (Old Norse: [ˈθjatsi]; Icelandic: [ˈθjasːɪ]; anglicized as Thiazi, Thjazi, Tjasse or Thiassi) was a giant/jotunn. He could magically assume the shape of an eagle, which may refer to the STR down and DEX up stats (Wikipedia).
