Walkthrough
- Talk to Jorin to start the quest and receive a Broken harpoon.
- Head to the Inventors' Coalition and speak with Shipilolo to receive an Extravagant harpoon.
- Give the Extravagant harpoon to Jorin at (J-4) to complete the quest.
