Walkthrough
- Enter Rala Waterways from (I-12) in Western Adoulin and speak with Chalvava at (F-11).
- Speak with Shipilolo at the front entrance wall of Inventors' Coalition in Western Adoulin (J-9) for a Bottle of Fertilizer X.
- Once you have the bottle, return to Chalvava to complete the quest.
