Translation
See Tachi: Enpi for the translation of "Tachi:." Like Tachi: Fudo, Tachi: Mumei is not numbered.
The original Japanese for this weapon skill is: 絶之太刀・無名 (zetsu no tachi: mumei).
Zetsu (絶) means "peerless," or "unparalleled."
Mu (無) means "nothing," or "nil."
Mei (名) means "name," or "title." The characters used in mumei (無名) are also the same used for the Mumeito (無名刀, mumei-tō), meaning "unsigned sword."
The translated name is "Peerless Style of the Tachi: Nameless/Unsigned (Sword)."[1]
With this in mind, Tachi: Mumei contextually represents the final and ultimate weapon skill for a Samurai, and similarly to Tachi: Kaiten, circles back to the origin point.
