This item is found by clicking on a ??? that spawns in various places in Riverne - Site A01. It has been seen at (G-9), (I-10), and (K-9) so far. The ??? moves periodically. Found a ??? on the crosshairs of H-I / 8-9 has reads "There are tiny insect wings scattered all around here". This is the "Trade to ???"
