How to Obtain
Auction House Category: Armor > Legs
Can be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
Fishing
Found in various areas. Usually intended as a junk catch. It is recommended to use a bait on which no fish in the area will bite. Because of their weight, they may break small fish rods, except the Halcyon Rod.
The Fountain of Kings in Quicksand Caves seems to be one of the few places where you can isolate this.
