Walkthrough

Select the Imperial Whitegate at Aht Urhgan Whitegate (L-9) to begin the mission.
Check the Savage Scars at Caedarva Mire, Map 4 (I-6) for a cutscene.
- From Aht Urhgan Whitegate, take the Runic Portal to the Nyzul Isle Staging Point. Head through the doors to the north and then head west to arrive at the northeast transporter. When you arrive, take the eastern transporter. Once through that, head due north to exit Alzadaal Undersea Ruins and arrive at Hediva Isle in Caedarva Mire.
- A Unity Concord NPC will also teleport you to Hediva Isle (Content Level 135).
Check the Savage Scars again to spawn the Arisen Soulflayer and 3x Descended Winebibbers.
- This battle is a challenge for a basic iLv119 character with five Alter Egos.
- You are joined by Uran-Mafran.
Check the Savage Scars a third time for a cutscene.
Return to the Imperial Whitegate at Aht Urhgan Whitegate (L-9) to end the mission and receive your reward, Mnejing's receiver.
Additionally, when now speaking with Elijah in Upper Jeuno (G-6), the Records of Eminence Other > RoE Quests 4 will now be available after a short dialogue.

Mission Orders: In the underground prison, Raubahn and his retinue shared quite a bevy of information with you, but you remain as vexed as ever. Now a soulflayer has taken residence nearby, with another strange seal appearing in Caedarva Mire. Convinced these incidents are connected, you head for Caedarva Mire to best the soulflayer.
