Only the Best

• Trade Melyon any of the below to complete the quest.

1. You can trade any size stack (of at least three) of Millioncorn to Melyon and he'll only take 3.
2. The following macro can be used to trade the Moss while directly facing Melyon:
   /targetnpc
/item "Boyahda Moss" <t>
This macro will only work with Boyahda Moss because it is not possible to trade more than one item at a time via a macro.

It takes approximately 5 seconds per trade when using the Boyahda Moss macro and going through the NPC chat prompts as quickly as possible; mostly due to Melyon having extended pauses between chat lines. At maximum speed with all 25 stacks of moss in Inventory, this quest will take approximately 1500 seconds (25 minutes) to reach Reputation 9.

This Quest will raise Reputation in Bastok, San d'Oria, and Jeuno.

• It does not affect Windurst reputation.

• Rubahah in Aht Urhgan Whitegate (F-9) (Home Point #1) sells Millioncorn for 48 gil.
• If you're an Initiate Culinarian, La Theine Cabbage can always be purchased from Chomo Jinjahl in Windurst Waters (E-8) (Home Point #4) for 24 gil. Otherwise, Kopopo, who's next to her, will sell it for 18 - 43 gil.
• Your Mog Garden's Green Thumb Moogle sells Millioncorn for 57 gil after you've obtained the Buffalo calf memento (Rank 4).
• Monster Rearing: Collect from any of the following:
  • Dragon Hatchling
  • Buffalo Calf

• Collect from your Garden Furrow
• Monster Rearing: Collect from any of the following:
  • Buffalo Calf
  • Tiny Buggard
  • Baby Adamantoise
  • Adamantoise
  • Rabbit

Depending on the item traded, these are the requirements to reach 9 fame in Bastok and San d'Oria from zero fame using only this quest:
