Category:Phantom Gems

Phantom Gems are a class of Temporary Key Items purchased with Merit Points that grant entry to High-Tier Mission Battlefields scattered throughout Vana'diel. Adventurers must meet specific requirements to purchase each phantom gem, which is usually as straightforward as clearing the original versions of those mission/quest battlefields. Some phantom gems have unique access requirements:

• Pentacide Perpetrator phantom gem. Players must clear all 5 Ark Angel HTBFs on at least Normal difficulty or higher.
• Avatar phantom gem. Players must have completed all 6 prime avatar trial quests. Trial Size versions also count. You must receive your reward from each quest giver to get credit for completion.
• Stygian Pact phantom gem. Players must clear The Rider Cometh. Clearing A Stygian Pact is not required.
• Divine phantom gem requires players clear Waking the Colossus. Clearing Divine Interference is not required.
