Category:Level 99 J.S.E. Capes

There are two types of Job Specific Capes, Reive/Incursion Capes and Ambuscade Capes. Both are meant to be augmented to unlock their true potential.

Reive/Incursion Capes

Introduced in the July 2013 Version Update, Reive/Incursion Capes are job-specific capes that can be obtained from Reives or the Flotsam Special Event Loot Pool. Additionally, Incursion coffers and Makel-Pakel's Grab Bag grant capes with random augments.

Makel-Pakel in Celennia Memorial Library allows you to trade any three of the capes in exchange for one cape of your choice. He will only accept unmodified capes.
- Trading a single modified cape to him gives you the choice to remove the augments at no charge. It can then be sent between characters and traded for different capes as usual.
Capes are , but capes that are unmodified can be sent between characters on the same account.
- Many of the below pictures predate the September 9 patch, which dropped the Rare tag.
Drop rate for unmodified capes is higher in Wildskeeper Reives.
Detrovio (J-10) at the Inventor's Coalition will augment these capes when you trade each with a Refractive Crystal and 400 Bayld.

Ambuscade Capes

Introduced in the April 2016 Version Update, Ambuscade Capes are rewards for accumulating Hallmarks and redeeming them with Gorpa-Masorpa. Hallmarks and Gallantry can be spent to purchase materials he requires to augment them. Each different material unlocks a different augment slot, with a range of possible statistics.

Augments

Trading your cape and a corresponding augmentation material gives you the option to select which stat you want augmented. You may then trade the cape again and as many of the same type of material to increase that stat to its maximum potency. Materials are in limited stock, replenishing each Version Update.
