Ambuscade/Battlefield Archive/Ronove

A Dvergr who has Animated Tomes fight along side them that change the parameters of the fight depending on which out of eight possible tomes are active.

Defeated Tomes are quickly replaced with new Tomes to keep the total numbers constant depending on the difficulty of the fight. Players may wish to change Ronove's resistances or traits by defeating specific Tomes depending on their setup.

It is recommended to destroy the Immovable Object and Memoirs of a Madman as soon as possible/whenever they spawn to help bring Ronove down quicker. They appear to be destroyed with physical critical hits or magical critical hits, depending on type of benefit they give Ronove.

Only Ronove must be defeated to win.

**As of the October 9, 2023 update Ronove has Max HP reduced by 20% across the board.

• Very Easy - Difficult: Three tomes are active, more health as difficulty progresses (Soloable with a decent ilvl 119 setup that has acc and trusts)
• Very Difficult: Four tomes are active - (soloable with a max RMEAU weapon, 119 armor/good acc and trusts)

Tomes have enmity tables and will follow around any players that take actions on them but do not otherwise attack players or cast spells.

Ronove casts Tier IV single target elemental magic and uses standard Dvergr TP moves including

• Hellclap - Front AOE physical damage + Knockback + weight.
• Hellsnap - AOE Stun + Enmity reset.
• Necropurge - AOE Damage + knockback + Curse (-20% Max HP)
• Bilgestorm - AOE Damage + Attack Down + Defense Down + Accuracy Down. Takes multiple shadows.
• Thundris Shriek - AOE Magic Damage + Terror, intimidation effect. Pierces shadows.
