RUN Lv.68
Teaches the white magic Phalanx.
Gives you a certain amount of damage
resistance.
The amount of damage resistance is calculated against every hit taken and is a function of the caster's Enhancing Magic skill at time of cast.

Floor

This damage reduction caps at 35 (500 Enhancing Magic skill).

Can be over-written by equal or greater effect strength. Lesser strength will have no effect on target. No other effect will overwrite or block Phalanx.

Stacks with other Defense and Damage Reduction buffs (or debuffs).

Can be dispelled or removed manually.

Automatons will only cast this spell when equipped with the Stormwaker Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.
