Walkthrough
To obtain cruor and seals (repeatable)
- Talk to Kuoh Rhel at the eastern part of G-7, south and east of Veridical Conflux 5 to begin the quest.
- Harvest Grauberg Greens in Abyssea - Grauberg, or buy from Auction House.
- Trade to the Chocobo next to Kuoh Rhel to complete the quest.
To obtain 
Indigo Abyssite of Confluence (not repeatable)
Indigo Abyssite of Confluence (not repeatable)- Talk to Kuoh Rhel at the eastern part of G-7, south and east of Veridical Conflux 5, to begin the quest.
- Trade a Woozyshroom to the chocobo, and Kuoh Rhel will comment that the chocobo will not eat anything else now until it's satisfied.
- Trade the chocobo 9 more Woozyshrooms, one at a time, to complete the quest and receive the Indigo Abyssite of Confluence.
- Kuoh Rhel will then inform you that she will not allow you to feed the chocobo any more Woozyshrooms.
To obtain philosopher's stone (repeatable)
- After obtaining the Indigo Abyssite of Confluence above, zone and repeat the quest with another 10 Woozyshrooms.
- Zone again to repeat.
