Walkthrough

Touch the door labled Amchuchu's Laboratory in the Inventors' Coalition for a cutscene with Amchuchu, Midras, Gratzigg, Hektor, Flaviria, and Chanteillie.
- You must wait until the next game day after finishing Vegetable Vegetable Evolution.
- It may be necessary to examine the door several times; other cutscenes can take precedence over this one.
Answer "Cheer up" and "Cid" to the questions ("Cid" may be the only necessary answer).
Obtain and trade a Midrium Ingot, a length of Urunday Lumber, and a square of Raaz Leather to Chanteillie in the Inventors' Coalition.
Wait one game day then examine Amchuchu's Laboratory for a short cutscene and Amchuchu's Missive.
- If you examine the door beforehand, you receive the report: "A frenzied scribbling noise emanates from beneath the door."
Travel to (H-8) Bastok Metalworks and speak with Cid for a cutscene.
Return to the Inventors' Coalition and examine Amchuchu's Laboratory for the final cutscene and reward.
