What program are you using? Try to steer away from JPG anything. Your images are using a noticeable image grain due to JPG artifacting. --User:Charitwo/Sig 10:35, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

I think Paint itself is the problem, it compresses JPG poorly - the version of Paint included with Windows XP includes PNG support, and will not create the grain/artifacts. --Leuqarte 16:28, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
