Stolen templates

It's easy. I'll use Template:Infobox NPC as an example:

Delete w:c:zomg:Template:Infobox NPC
Export template from this wiki and save it as an XML file.
Import the XML file using w:c:zomg:Special:Import and browse for the file and upload it.

You did it correctly, except the link i gave you only included the most recent revision, not the full history. Try simply going to Special:Export and entering Template:Nameoftemplate in the big box by hand and uncheck Include only the current revision, not the full history so that the full history saves.
