Redirects

This is hilarious, truly. Three administrators taking up arms against redirects. I have no clue where all three of you have gotten the idea that misspelling and not capitalizing are the same. admins: "ZOMG THIS LNIK PNOITSZ TO 'Jailer of love' ADN IT WERKZ!!! SORCERY!!! EET EZ ASPELLED RONG!"

Policies

Could be alot worse. At least people are looking at them. I also think having that link to the image policy on the Upload page will help a bit too. --Chrisjander 11:07, 5 October 2006 (EDT)

Seeker & Searcher

Hang on i completed San d'Oria Mission 2-3: Journey Abroad last night and when i fought the bcnm the enemies there were Black Dragon & Searcher. It seems like "Seeker" was a mistake in the first place and even if it's not Searcher is still the enemy fought in San d'Oria Mission 2-3: Journey Abroad Bastok--> Windurst.- Heretic@ffxi-10/21/06.

Somepage-to-Wiki Tables

Sorry about not seeing your message until now. I've been hit with that annoyance known as work. I've taken a look at your request, and it looks like it's quite possible. I'll start working on it and hopefully have something to show you soon. --Enfield 01:37, 28 October 2006 (EDT)

An update: things have been going well on this project, but I've run into a few snags. The biggest one is with Internet Explorer. The way tables are copied in Internet Explorer make it impossible to determine where cells start and stop. Probably the best solution is to use the HTML source itself. However, the table parser works great with Firefox and Mozilla. I'll keep working on IE support, unless you think Firefox/Mozilla is sufficent. --Enfield 00:58, 31 October 2006 (EST)

Vana'diel Adventurer Recruitment Program

The formatting for the 40 day item here: Vana'diel Adventurer Recruitment Program/rewards is a bit off from http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/guide/recruitment02.html. I can't seem to describe it in words exactly what's wrong, but it's the 40 day item box, and the "first invite" part that's off.

Yeah, it looks good now. The chart is pretty accurate; after 40 days, they get the guide beret/sprout beret. But if the Inviting player does the program with someone else, they can't get another guide beret, so they get a choice from the list.--Zagex 14:28, 29 October 2006 (EST)

Line breaks

Personally, I like them, since they make the item description look like it is in-game, just like with weapons and armor. I know Nynaeve has expressed that she likes the way they look as well. How do you feel they take away from the item? I don't see how asthetics are unnecessary, it's one of the things that sets the wiki apart from other sites. Should we bring up a discussion about it in the forums to get a general consensus? --Chrisjander 13:54, 28 October 2006 (EDT)

Any edit that puts the correct info onto the page is a good edit, even if others will format it differently later ;) --Chrisjander 14:10, 28 October 2006 (EDT)

Another thought

Have you noticed that the beastmen armor items generally don't have a category, even though they're used to desynth some pretty valuable items? I think, there should be a category for items that are Beastmen-made (e.g. pretty much everything that shows up in the Beast-Made category in the auction house). Does this sound good? --Chrisjander 14:13, 28 October 2006 (EDT)

Armour Sets pages

Yay! :) Three cheers for Mr. Quick and Efficent. (Thank you for giving the Hydra Sets pages better names, and reorginizing the Armour Sets page.)
