Actually, I had spoken with Valyana, and I was planning on coming back until I saw what you did to the job pages.

Now I'm doubtful.

Your locking those pages, in addition, disappoints me greatly. It will not help matters in the long run. I hope you're aware of this fact and are prepared to call yourself to account for the consequences of your actions.

Eliminating bias is one thing, and a noble goal; outright suppression of the facts—enforcing formats with unwavering control—is another. This is a dangerous precedent and a Slippery Slope that you are going down. Can you guarantee that you will never do this again? Now that you've done it once, you may do it a second time, and then as many times as needed—and I don't know if I want to associate myself with a resource that is prepared to go against the collaborative environment that a Wiki relies upon.

At the very least, talk about what goes on a page can and should belong on the talk page for that entry. By keeping people from doing that alone, you are suppressing the ability of people to discuss; there should not be a separate forum for these things. If you disagree with me, I'd kindly ask you to look at Wikipedia's Talk:Politics page, which has been home to heated discussion in itself. There's nothing wrong with that being there; the Talk pages are there to keep those arguments out of the entry itself until a conclusion can be reached.

It seems as if you are wielding your authority on the fear that may lurk in the future, and not in the present. There's still time for you to change this. Look at other large Wiki environments and the controls (or lack of) that they used as they grew; Wikipedia, most notably.

Humor me; visit this Wiki's own Main Page. Look at the very first sentence, inherited from Wikipedia itself. It's not too late to keep to that aim.

Think about this before any more damage is done.

Please.

Armor Set pics

It didn't occur to me to use those pics, if I'm going for a theme. The pics you pointed out, while they do show the armor sets, seem to be made from a model viewer. I was going for a different look in the armor set pages, and if I were to use those pics from the RSE page and Artifact pages in the Armor set pages, it would create a discrepancy between the pages. The pictures from the non-RSE non-AF armor set pages would look dramatically different. For the armor pages I wanted pics from the game itself, I did this with the specific idea in mind of not using a model viewer to get these pics. Thank you for the idea thou.
