• Start the quest by talking to Rougierre L Brenidion in Bostaunieux Oubliette (H-9) for a cutscene.
• Speak with Katsunaga in Mhaura for a cutscene.
• Zone into Ghelsba Outpost for a cutscene.
• Zone into Fort Ghelsba for a cutscene.
• Zone into Yughott Grotto from (J-8) for a cutscene.
• Zone into to Horlais Peak for a cutscene.
• Click the Burning Circle and select The Scales of Justice to enter the battlefield.

• The fight is limited to 30 minutes and 6 party members may enter.

• The fight is against Impervious Tower (a Galka Judge) and Orama-Porama (a Tarutaru Ninja)

• Impervious Tower will be headed to engage Orama-Porama as soon as the first person enters the battlefield, so be ready.
• If Orama-Porama is killed, the fight is considered a loss and the party will be ejected from the BC immediately.
• Impervious Tower can be pulled off Orama-Porama, but if Orama-Porama preforms any offensive action against Impervious Tower, then Impervious Tower will return his attention to Orama-Porama for 15-30 seconds.

• Impervious Tower will use Forbiddance at low HP, effecting everyone within range with Impairment and Omerta.

• Orama-Porama spams Ninjutsu and Ranged Attacks on anyone within range, regardless of hate. Melee attacks will, however, be on the target with the most hate.

• Orama-Porama uses Mijin Gakure at some point after Impervious Tower has been defeated.

• Orama-Porama will give up if any party member is left standing after Mijin Gakure.

• Once the battle is won, you will be given Impervious Tower's Helm.
• Return to Rougierre L Brenidion for your reward.
