Background Info
Uriel is Hebrew for "Light of God." He is the archangel of wisdom, and controls the demons who helped create Adam. He "stands at the Gate of Eden with a fiery sword" and "watches over thunder and terror" (Wikipedia), which might help explain this sword weapon skill with light and thunder as components.
