Kill 100 experience yielding monsters during Earth weather and/or Earthsday.
Recommendation: Any spot where Earth weather appears is a good spot. This can include Quicksand Caverns, Attohwa Chasm, The Eldieme Necropolis, and Halvung.
A good spot is Quicksand caverns, as there are plenty of enemies that will be high enough in level to kill, and Earth Weather occurs quite frequently.
