Walkthrough
Trial: Have the prescribed avatar deal the finishing blow to a set number of experience-yielding monsters.
Objective: 250 members of the Bats family.
Avatar: Shiva
Equipment: Varuna's Staff must be equipped.
Location: Best place for this trial is Uleguerand Range, 6 Succubus Bats spawn around K-10. Snow Geode drop off the bats making this perfect for the next trial. Den of Rancor, Bostaunieux Oubliette, Toraimarai Canal bats also work.
The absolute best spot is Bostaunieux Oubliette, there are 8 Werebat, EP to 99 on the stairs (G-9) leading to second map, only bats are on the stairs and repop is about 5 min. Two SMNs never ran out of bats, killing 1 per minute.
Notes: Includes Bat Trios and Giant Bats as acceptable targets for this trial.
