Trial 2176

Trial: Deal the finishing blow to a set number of experience-yielding monsters with the prescribed elemental attack.

Objective: 250 monsters of the Skeleton family.

Attack: damage of 250 points or greater.

Equipment: Teiwaz must be equipped.

• Finishing blow may come from any prescribed elemental source in the party, including avatars.

Suggested location:

• For a solo BLM85, Toraimarai Canal from Windurst Walls entrance. There are 12 easy prey Mindcravers and Fleshcravers within a two minute walk from the zone. Be careful as the Impish Bats and the Stygian Pugils (the ones on the east side) are both aggressive.

• Note: There are new mobs (as of May 2010 update?) in Toraimarai Canal that check IT to BLM90 - Sodden Bones, Deviling Bats, Rapier Scorpion and Drowned Bones. Can't seem to find the EP bones...

• For solo BLM90/RDM, consider The Eldieme Necropolis (S). On the first map head to (F-8) (Drop A), fall down, and there will be tons of skeletons waiting for you. All easy prey, pretty easy to kill! I would round them up in groups of 3~5 and Firaja -> Aeroja -> Aeroga III -> Aeroga II or Aero III as necessary. For groups of five, make sure to have Mana Wall up before engaging and Convert ready. Silencing one of the Lichs can also make this easier. :)

• BLM90/RDM or SCH90/RDM can easily solo or duo this trial on Sensenmann in Abyssea - Grauberg. Highly susceptible to Gravity. Refer back to Trial 810 for more on this.
