Walkthrough
Defeat 75 EP+ aquans during Ice Weather or on Iceday.
Augment: Delay -6, INT+1, Add.Eff: Ice DMG+5
- Ruszors are the only Aquan-type enemies that spawn in an area that experiences naturally-occurring Ice weather. At level 85, these are generally soloable, but are extremely dangerous due to Frozen Mist's long-lasting Terror effect.
- Maybe it's just me, but these Ruszor beasties are extremely inaccurate (My evasion skill is capped/merited). I was wearing a Scorpion Harness (lol, I know) on BLU90/NIN45. I had no trouble evading 80% of their attacks. Added in some extra evasion gear (Boxer's Mantle, Evasion Torque, Evasion Earring) and they pretty much never landed a blow. I used Actinic Burst, or Head Butt when they were doing a TP move. Even when they did get to use Frozen Mist, the Terror wasn't a danger. ~Xin/Ramuh~
- Otherwise, Kuftal Tunnel's Robber Crabs are extremely safe and plentiful during Iceday.
