Trial 1706

Trial: Have your pet deal the finishing blow to a set number of experience-yielding monsters under the prescribed weather conditions, or on the corresponding day of the week.

Objective: 150 monsters of the Undead family.

Weather/Day: .

Equipment: Teiwaz must be equipped.

Reward:

Locations: Beaucedine Glacier (S) near the zone to Batallia Downs (S) is a good place to do this trial. Many Thawed Bones and Several Ekimmu roam the area near the tower and have only a 5 minute respawn.

Camp Fei'Yin at the three rooms, the northeastern portion of the second map at (J-6). There you will find Specter which check mostly low EP to a level 90 Summoner. You will also find an occasional TW. Repops happen fast enough that you won't need to wait. By now Carby's Holy Mist will drop half their HP. If you leave and accumulate too many TW Specter you can also kill Utukku in the main room where Capricious Cassie spawns. With near constant Ice weather, plenty of EP Undead, fast repops and no risk of aggro you should finish this trial relatively fast. You'll find Snow Geode drops from Specter very frequently during Ice weather.

Other Notes: During completion of this trial, due to day and weather requirements you will likely see Snow Geode drops. Hang onto 15 of these as you will need them for Trial 2602 for the Shareeravadi +2.
