I visited Fei'Yin. There are 6 Evil Weapon on the second map at F/G-8 in the 4 northern rooms. Just wait on dark weather and kill them. After that, run to F-6. There are also 3 Evil Weapon. You can kill all and run back to the 4 rooms before the first weapon respawns.
