USAGE: Define Complete-Color (the color for obtained Outposts) and Default-Color (for Outposts that have not been obtained yet). Each Outpost obtained should be notated with "Done." Omission of any Outpost, or writing anything other than "Done", will result in the Outpost being marked as default/unobtained.
