Ruspix's plate

Description:

A plate of dubious origins developed by the surprisingly eloquent Ruspix. He claims that it can slowly accumulate energies from expended Ra'kaznarian plates. A wax seal on the back confirms yet again that it is an authentic Ruspix original.

Obtained:

Sortie. After you complete Sortie for the first time, you can receive a Ruspix's plate by speaking with Ruspix in Leafallia (H-8).

Notes:

Ruspix will tell players how much time (in Earth seconds) remains before they can use the accumulated time on their plate to restore their ra'kaznrian plate to shiny.
