- Spawned for the quest A Sterling Specimen, by checking the Lycopodium Rootprint at (H-7) in Abyssea - Tahrongi while carrying the key item Bucket of Compound Compost.
- This Notorious Monster isn't supposed to be killed but should be kited back to the NPC Kenapa-Keppa in order to complete the quest.
- The Rubicund Adenium will attack the person who pops it. It hits a THF85 for 30-50 damage, with pretty low accuracy.
