Walkthrough
- After completing 1000 separate objectives in Records of Eminence, talk to Nantoto in Lower Jeuno choosing the "Rainbow envelope" to unlock the Remembrance of Flowers Past objective in Records of Eminence.
- Activate the Remembrance of Flowers Past objective.
- Obtain an Ouka Ranman.
- Use the Ouka Ranman at the exact location you used the Ouka Ranman in the earlier Records of Eminence quest Petals of Recollection.
- If you've forgotten where, talk with Geuhbe at Lower Jeuno (G-9) and choose Jeuno Quests 2 > To Kill Mocking Birds (pt. 3). You can skip all the dialogue and scroll up to the fourth to last thing ??? says to find out what zone you used the firework in. However, no further hints to its location will be given.
