Notes/Description
- Can Counter 1-3 times before wearing.
- Counters that activate as a result of Perfect Counter are guaranteed critical hits.
- Perfect Counter has a chance of simply deactivating when you miss an attack with it.
- Perfect Counter will counter a mob that used Perfect Dodge up to 3 times although the log will say you "missed".
- Perfect Counter is not affected by Footwork. The damage is still based off of the player's normal Hand-to-Hand damage.
- Increased Damage with Tantra Crown +1 or Tantra Crown +2 equipped by +10.
