Has an incredibly high attack rate	Casts Tier III -aga spells. Thundaga III is used ~60% and under. Casts Slowga, Graviga, and AoE Addle with very high Fast Cast, close to Chainspell speed. Silencega is used ~70% and under. Highly resistant to Silence, even at item level, but not completely immune (silence may stick after a few immunobreaks).
Further Notes
Will continue to attack everyone with Voidwatcher status on regardless if they are not even on Pancimanci's hate list till everyone is dead. Dying and reraising will NOT prevent Pancimanci from attacking you. (see testimonials)
