Description

- Skillchain Properties: Fusion
- Range: Ranged AoE centered around the target
- Notes: Used only by Invincible Shield (S) during Campaign.
Further Notes:
- Testing shows that it can be used to close a Fusion Skillchain. Further testing will be needed to conclude which elemental property(s) it holds.
