Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered. 
Cannot be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
Starlight Celebration
- Starlight Celebration 2004 : Obtained as the third and final ingredient required to complete a San d'Orian Tree. Receive the order for the ingredient from Farmaoquaix, then go to the Market Moogle in front of the Southern San d'Oria mog house and return the ingredient to Farmaoquaix.
