Instrument Trials
There are only two sequences for Instrument Trials, one for each weapon. Instrument trials also have Afterglow endpoints but the effect is purely cosmetic. Given the cost involved, this is not commonly done. Unlike other weapon trials, Oboro will not upgrade any instrument past its level 99 or 99-2 form.
There are no combat or elemental trials for any instrument. Bards interested in such stats should look into Linos augments.
To begin working on the Daurdabla, purchase a Pyf Harp from a Cruor Prospector and trade it to the Magian Moogle.
To upgrade your level 75 Gjallarhorn, trade it to the Magian Moogle.
You must be within experience point range to receive credit for "defeat this enemy" trials. "Trade" trials require you to deposit items in the Delivery Crate next to the Magian Moogle.
