Happy New Year 2008

Greetings and salutations, adventurers!

Thanks to your courage and dedication, Vana'diel once again enters a new year of prosperity and promise.

The development team would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and wishes for a safe and happy New Year!

Rodents of Fortune

In recent days, the winds whisper of a rodent-like beastman race that has begun to appear in every corner of Vana'diel.

A certain mercenary of Far Eastern origins ponders, "There is a custom in my country where the rodent servants of the Deity of Fortune are lavished with gifts. Are these creatures truly divine disciples or merely unsavory swindlers seeking to deceive unwary adventurers?"

Divine disciples or unsavory swindlers?

The only way to know for sure is to investigate these rodents firsthand...

Good fortune in your adventures, and may your New Year be filled with happiness!
