Notes:

Forced Spawn for quest Forge Your Destiny by trading an Oriental Steel to the ??? at (D-8).
Killed for Forge Your Destiny

Multiple members trying to obtain their Bomb Steel for the quest must each wait approximately 3-5 minutes after killing the monster to respawn it.

Double Attack activates quite frequently.
Killable by: Most jobs at level 40-55. BLU can solo by at least 38. Killed by a 36 WAR, saved TP to 300% and started fight with 2h then Sturmwind.
Seems to have been nerfed at some point. Fairly easy solo now.
