Walkthrough

For a cutscene, enter Rala Waterways ideally from Western Adoulin (F-5) (Closest waypoint is Adoulin Waterfront).
- Optional: Talk to Wegellion in Eastern Adoulin (Scouts' Coalition) for a cutscene.
Proceed a little down to the Sluice Gate at (C-6) and click it.
When prompted, enter the password "HGSI" (all caps) for a cutscene. You will have to enter the same password a second time, during the cutscene.
After the cutscene has ended, you will receive the Key Item Note detailing seditious plans.
If you answer incorrectly, and get kicked out, click the Sluice Gate again for the key item.
- If you enter the incorrect password too many times, you will be locked out of entering the password until you return to the library, read the history book again, and wait another game day.
  - Speaking to Yefafa may also be the trigger to reset.
- After you are done with the cutscene, you can check the Augural Conveyor in Rala Waterways: south (B-6), as you gonna need to head to that place in later missions so it can save you some time.

Mission Orders: The only thing on Adoulinians' lips these days seems to be that the city's youth are using the Rala Waterways without permission. Descend underground once more to see if this is actually the case.
