Keep I say we should redirect it, maybe make a page to have this image as a possibility of how vana'diel could be, but I think outright deletion would be wrong. Squallleon 16:41, 20 February 2007 (EST)

Delete: I say delete, for a couple reasons. First, it simply isn't factual, and opens lots of doors to other sorts of misinformation and speculation as valid entries. Second, being homemade and non-fact-based, it's basically just fan art. The site, being an encyclopedia, does not seem the place for fan art galleries, no matter how inventive or well-meaning. -- Zaine 17:09, 20 February 2007 (EST)

Comment: I agree with the above. Also, its existence here would probably cause some forums to get threads every now and then that are considered spam and are inevitably locked. That might also cause spread of misinformation, which can lead to more "annoying" threads and/or the site being regarded as a misinformation wiki. If it is to be kept, I would say keep it off of normal pages. Its presence their would be like someone adding a fan-fic about a character's past to that character's page, explaining it as a possibility of that character's history. Now, if it were to become something really big, like maybe SE decides to design the rest of Vana'diel more like that, then I would say it's okay. But right now it really only belongs on someone's own page/guide, preferably the person who created it. --Joped 17:30, 20 February 2007 (EST)

Comment: This is just a thought but... Maybe we could make like some kind of fanon page for this. I see them do stuff like that all the time over at another Wiki I frequent, Lostpedia.com (a Wiki for ABC's television show, Lost). I mean it is very well made and quite interesting, even if it is fan made. So what would be the harm in keeping it as long as we made it clear that it wasn't anything official, just fan speculation? But either way, it still doesn't belong the Vana'diel article, and quite frankly, I have no idea why it's still there. –Anson 07:49, 25 February 2007 (EST)
