Enemy Critical Hit Rate

The percentage chance of Critical Hits that a mob or another 'enemy' player (See: Ballista/Brenner) may get on their target. Items in the game that can decrease Enemy Critical Hit Rate will reduce this set percentage by the noted amount in the their description.
