Your character makes an angry gesture.

| text | Display emote text only. |
| motion | Perform motion only. |
| both | Both text and motion. |
If no subcommand is specified, both
text and motion will be displayed.
Usage
- This command is an emote.
- Emote text:
- <NAME> fumes.
- <NAME> fumes in front of (the) <TARGET>.
