/em performs an elegant waltz.

/em performs an elegant waltz for the Moogle. (Where Moogle is the /target).

Subcommands:


motion	Triggers only the motion and not the descriptive text.
target	Includes the target in the emote's descriptive text.

Corresponds to the dancing animation for the Waltz job ability added for the Dancer advanced job in Wings of the Goddess.
