Notes/Description
- Ebullience is a stratagem, which obeys different usage rules than typical Job Abilities.
- Increases the potency of your next compatible black magic spell by 20%.
- Works with Drain, Aspir, Bio, nukes, and the helix series.
- Does not work with enfeebles.
- Potency increase is 25% while wearing Savant's Bonnet +1, 30% while wearing Savant's Bonnet +2.
- The potency increase is calculated after all other factors, including Magic Attack Bonus and day/weather bonuses.
